Pendant بشوف حالي فيك(ي)

$150.00

In collaboration with local graphic designer, Diana Wehbi and fine jewelry designer, Miriam Awada created this pendant piece as a symbol of intergenerational ideals of beauty and femininity. This is a custom jewelry piece with the Arabic engraving of Lebanese artist Yasmina Hilal’s most recent body of work I See Me In You. A series which stemmed from the desire to pay homage to the women in our society that were/are empowering figures in our lives. The same women who often in praise say to their daughters and granddaughters “بشوف حالي فيكي” [Bshuf Hale Fike]
